There may be some issues when applying the eye shader to your model if the eye mesh has incorrect UV map. If you know the basics of blender, there is a quick guide on my discord to fix this. A detailed step-by-step guide will appear in case someone buys this product and can't figure it out (You can report this on my Discord), in which case I will supplement the instructions with this guide as soon as possible.
